Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through Amazon PPC, organic ranking strategies, inventory management, and marketplace expansion. Experience with Walmart, eBay, and Etsy will be considered an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Account Management

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Oversee product listings, catalog management, keyword ranking, and listing SEO.
  • Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.

Amazon PPC & Organic Growth

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Implement organic ranking strategies through keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve listing performance and conversion rates.

Order, Inventory & Operations

  • Manage inventory levels, track stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot listing issues, suppression, or discrepancies.

B2B & Vendor Central

  • Handle Amazon B2B operations including pricing, bulk order management, and negotiations.
  • Manage Vendor Central purchase orders, chargebacks, compliance, and shipment coordination.

Marketplace Expansion (Add-on Advantage)

  • Experience with Walmart, eBay, and Etsy marketplaces is highly preferred.
  • Manage product listings, orders, returns, and customer communication across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor sales, PPC performance, and profitability KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports summarizing performance and insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities and competitive strategies.

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (content, design, operations) to ensure smooth workflows.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, keyword research tools, and listing optimization strategies.
  • Experience in B2B and Vendor Central operations.
  • Hands-on experience with other marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, or Etsy (added advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
