Etsy Expert (Pakistan-Based, Physical Products) – Percentage Base Office Base job

e are looking for a highly experienced Etsy expert to manage and scale 7–8 active Etsy stores selling physical products (Pakistan-based). This is a percentage-based role with earning potential tied directly to performance. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing Etsy shops, optimizing listings, managing SEO, and increasing conversions.

You must have deep understanding of Etsy’s latest algorithm, keyword strategies, product trends, and customer service standards — especially for physical product categories.

Only experienced candidates with documented Etsy success stories will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow 7–8 Etsy shops simultaneously
• Optimize product listings with high-converting titles, tags, and descriptions
• Handle product launches, promotions, and trend tracking
• Monitor shop performance and analytics to improve conversion rates
• Coordinate with our local production team for inventory and order fulfillment
• Ensure strong customer communication and review management
• Handle Etsy SEO, organic traffic strategy, and marketing (Pinterest/Etsy Ads optional)
• Regular reporting on sales growth, product performance, and strategy execution

Requirements:

• Proven Etsy success with physical product stores (show portfolio or examples)
• Strong command of Etsy SEO and algorithm changes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shops
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with the Pakistani product sourcing landscape is a plus

Compensation:

• Commission based: Percentage of net profits from all managed stores
• Performance-based growth opportunities
