Amazon Store Manager

We need a resource for our Client who is a UK-based manufacturer and importer of our own branded products, supplying high-quality consumer goods across multiple sectors, including:

With a rapidly growing eCommerce presence, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Amazon & eBay Product Lister / Marketplace Specialist to help us scale further.

The Role

As our Marketplace Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimising product listings across Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms. From creating engaging content and optimising SEO to coordinating FBA shipments and tracking performance, you will help ensure our products stand out in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and optimise product listings on Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and eBay.
• Write engaging, keyword-rich product titles and descriptions to maximise visibility and conversions.
• Manage product variations, inventory levels, and pricing across multiple platforms.
• Track performance metrics (sales, rankings, reviews) and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with our warehouse team on FBA shipments and stock replenishment.
• Research competitor activity, trends, and pricing strategies.
• Handle customer messages and queries through marketplace portals with professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with all marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities for growth across categories.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling on Amazon (Seller Central & FBA) and eBay.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent written English with a knack for SEO-driven content.
• Analytical skills for competitor and market research.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel skills a plus).
• Bonus: Knowledge of Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, or similar platforms.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
