We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and support our eCommerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, order management, customer support, account handling, and marketplace optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop seller accounts
- Create, optimize, and update product listings
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Process orders, shipments, cancellations, and returns
- Monitor account health and policy compliance
- Respond to customer messages and resolve issues professionally
- Conduct product research and competitor analysis
- Manage promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
- Generate sales and performance reports
- Handle basic image editing and listing improvements
- Track marketplace trends and suggest growth strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop accounts
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and marketplace policies
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and SEO
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage
