Amazon “Virtual Assistant”. (Evening Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon store operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with Amazon Seller Central and can manage tasks such as product listing, customer service, order management, inventory tracking, and basic product research. You should be tech-savvy, organized, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of FBM, or Dropshipping models

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Seller Central Management
• Create, edit, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords)
• Upload images and ensure listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines
• Order Management
• Monitor and process orders
• Handle refunds, returns, and replacements
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers or suppliers
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction (A-to-Z claims, feedback management, etc.)
• Inventory Management
• Track inventory levels and restock as needed
• Update inventory across platforms (if multichannel selling is used)
• Product Research & Sourcing
• Conduct product and competitor research
• Identify profitable products and assist with sourcing from suppliers (e.g., Alibaba, local distributors)
• Keyword Research & SEO
• Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZScout for keyword optimization
• Assist in improving organic ranking and visibility
• Reports & Analytics
• Generate sales and performance reports
• Monitor account health metrics (Buy Box percentage, late shipments, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
