Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Seller Central, order processing, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for managing online store presence on Amazon platforms to drive sales.
Key Responsibility:
- Amazon FBA Management: Oversee and optimize FBA operations for Amazon. Ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, 3PL Prep and product listing optimization to maximize sales performance.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and tracking of orders for both Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and cost structures to drive sales while maintaining profitability.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, handling returns, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics such as sales, returns, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Use this data to recommend improvements and make informed decisions to optimize the selling process.
Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts, with in-depth knowledge of FBA Wholesale processes.
- Expertise in order processing, pricing strategies, and customer support for e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of Amazon platform policies, best practices, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with tool like Keepa.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
