My First Academy is Now Hiring: Lead Teacher (CDA or Montessori Trained)

We are looking for a caring and experienced Lead Teacher with a CDA credential or Montessori training to lead a classroom and support young children’s learning and development.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily classroom activities and curriculum

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

• Supervising and guiding assistant teachers

• Communicating with families

• Following licensing, health, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• CDA Credential or Montessori training required

• Early childhood classroom experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Schedule: Full-time
