Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design-build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the Upper Midwest. We’re looking for full-time Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technicians in our Marshall and Sauk Rapids, MN offices. If you're motivated to solve problems, work with a variety of equipment, and provide excellent service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Maintain, diagnose, and repair Ammonia/NH3 refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with high accuracy.
Perform system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow safety procedures and policies at all times.
Travel to job sites with paid travel time and per diem benefits.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience with Ammonia refrigeration systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or on ladders.
Willingness to be on-call for nights/weekends as required.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
