What you'll do...
  • Analyze Enrollment Processes: Evaluate and optimize provider enrollment workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and efficient onboarding.
  • Detailed Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of provider enrollment processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined enrollment procedures.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for tracking enrollment metrics. Maintain accurate provider data, generate performance reports, and identify trends to support decision-making.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and payer-specific enrollment requirements, mitigate risks of non-compliance, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in enrollment systems and propose solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize enrollment software and data analytics tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Training: Assist in the development and execution of training programs for enrollment staff.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve enrollment issues, improve service delivery, and implement solutions.
  • Payer Support: Respond to Payer request for Provider enrollment information, such as Provider Rosters
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve enrollment issues, improve service delivery, and implement solutions. For example, for Ticket Escalations, monitor and assist in escalating and reporting of Enrollment tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Translating ticket and escalation data into actionable strategies you’ll improve response times, associate satisfaction, and patient care
  • Optimizing process and boosting efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks or redundancies, analyzing workflows, and improving application reviews
  • Facilitating effective communication across teams by translating business needs to tech partners
  • Utilizing technology to improve data collection and create reports in an efficient manner

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
