Job Summary

The Business Analyst monitors market trends and translates insights into strategic sales programs that align with organizational goals. This role collaborates closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, optimize performance, and ensure the achievement of key targets. By planning and guiding sales initiatives, the Business Analyst drives growth, enhances operational efficiency, and supports business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interprets complex business data, transforming it into actionable insights and recommendations to inform business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Keeps detailed records of business analysis activities, tracking key performance metrics and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Answers inquiries from internal teams regarding business data, performance, and trends, ensuring clarity and providing effective solutions.
  • Administers and supports business analysis processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for decision-making purposes.
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Calls on key stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to collect relevant data and insights, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Makes recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes, business development, and operational improvements.
  • Checks the quality of business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance to the organization’s objectives.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to implement business solutions, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department's goals.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Associate’s Degree
