Analyst -Data Migration Testing

Job Description:
The ETL Tester will be responsible for validating data movement, transformations, and data quality across different stages of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Requires strong SQL skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, etc.), and good knowledge of data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, data modeling).
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, source systems, and target data models.
Develop, design, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes.
Perform data validation, integrity checks, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
Validate ETL mappings, stored procedures, workflows, and business rules.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ETL jobs and data warehouses.
Write and execute complex SQL queries for data verification.
Automate ETL test processes where applicable.
Identify, log, and track defects/issues, and work closely with developers and analysts to resolve them.
Provide detailed test results, defect reports, and sign-offs for releases.
Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high data quality and reliability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
