Senior MDM Quality Analyst

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Lead to drive the quality assurance function for a large-scale MDM & Data Governance implementation. The role involves defining QA strategy, leading end-to-end testing, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and execution approaches. Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing cycles. Validate data quality, workflows, golden records, and business rules. Test integrations between MDM (IDMC/Stibo/Ataccama), SAP, and other systems. Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate across business, development, and integration teams. Provide regular QA status updates, metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Skills requiredRequired Skills & Experience 10–14 years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in MDM/PIM/Data Governance projects. Strong knowledge of data-centric testing, workflows, and integration scenarios. Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, SAP S/4HANA, SQL, and API testing. Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, or similar) is a plus. Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹289,867.04 - ₹1,849,691.66 per year
