Job Summary
  • Tech analyst for Lending system (ACBS) who will be capable enough to deliver technical tasks related to automation scripts, control M, interfaces – both online and batch, basic troubleshooting of tech components etc. Candidate shall demonstrate good analytical frame of mind to be fit for this role. As role is to work in a global team supporting system which is highly configurable and scalable. Candidate with foundational knowledge of Lending domain would be an added advantage.
  • Develop automation scripts for projects/enhancements squads
  • Involve in basic troubleshooting for tech components and sql queries
  • support integration testing for all squads
  • Understand existing Interface program logic and take complete control for any interface job steps failure in production
  • Status reporting to project team on the progress
  • Learn and contribute fileIT solution and support FileIT rollouts and support for existing markets
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
  • Work in a global team supporting lending platform which serves more than 40 markets globally.
Business
  • Partner with seniors to quickly learn system functionality and help with small enhancements independent handling under guidance to begin with.
  • Rollout of Tech changes originating from existing live locations.
Processes
  • Business requirement and functional specification delivery for change requests
  • Collaborate with Development and Production Support teams to define detailed Product solution designs up to specification level.
  • Manage testing cycle for the change assigned through various SDLC cycles.
  • Understand current and agree to be operating process with operations users after implementation of new proposed solution.
People & Talent
  • The ability to effectively work together with team colleagues across geographies.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders from operations, product, finance, tax, and business team.

  • The ability to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks.

  • Serve as a Director of the Board
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Key stakeholders
  • Maintain strong ties with the Heads of the Build and Run team for Commercial Lending/Corporate Finance team to ensure a cross functional, collaborative working approach.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Computer Science/Technology and evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience within the Solution consulting, change implementation, testing or operations, preferably in Commercial Lending domain.
  • Advantageous to have working experience with team across geographies.
  • Working experience on lending systems like ACBS/LoanIQ/Finacle will be added advantage.
  • Very good analytical skills including problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence directly, indirectly and virtually across the SCB network.
  • Open minded with ability to explore new areas and new ways of working.
  • Advantageous to have a professional degree in Finance or MBA.
