SAP Developer cum Analyst

The SAP Developer cum Analyst will play a dual role in technical development and business process enablement . The position is responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining SAP solutions (preferably SAP B1 / S4 HANA) to enhance Sales & Operations efficiency. By bridging technical expertise with business analysis, the role ensures seamless integration of sales workflows, operations planning, site management, and performance reporting to drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, reports, and dashboards within SAP B1/S4 tailored to Sales & Operations needs
• Build and maintain custom queries, stored procedures, and integration interfaces with CRM, ERP modules, and third-party applications
• Automate critical processes such as Sales Orders, SITE project workflows, installation tracking, and expense approvals
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and reporting views to improve adoption and ease of use for Sales & Operations teams
  
  

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

• Collaborate with Sales, SITE Managers, and Operations teams to map workflows, identify process gaps, and convert them into SAP-based solutions
• Design SOP-driven automation (e.g., Order-to-Installation cycle, Expense approvals, and Performance monitoring)
• Deliver real-time analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departments
  
  

System Support & Maintenance

• Provide day-to-day SAP support to Sales & Operations users, ensuring timely troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Maintain system integrity by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality of data
• Conduct system testing, manage UAT cycles, and document new features and improvements
  
  

Training & User Enablement

• Conduct structured training sessions for Sales and SITE teams to enhance SAP usage and adoption
• Develop easy-to-follow user guides, manuals, and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring user needs are effectively translated into system solutions.
  
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• SAP B1 / SAP S4 HANA certification preferred
• 2-4 years of hands-on SAP development experience, preferably within Sales & Operations modules
• Proven expertise in SAP B1 SDK / SAP ABAP / HANA SQL scripting
• Experience in ERP-Sales integration, process automation, and dashboard/report development
• Exposure to Sales process automation, SITE project workflows, or service management is advantageous
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SAP B1 SDK, ABAP, SQL, HANA Studio
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
