Technical Business Analyst

About the job

As a Business Analyst you will be working across different projects and will play a pivotal part in working between the Technical and Business teams, have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be hands-on working in a fast-paced role collaborative role.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with business stakeholders to document and ensure stories and features are prepared, refined, and ready
• Providing regular demonstrations to stakeholders as part of engagement sessions
• Participating in design workshops to ensure stakeholder solution requirements are met
• Document high-quality requirements along with mockups using Figma or any other tool
• Work with multiple stakeholders across different business channels, markets and regions, on a wide range of projects and systems
• Collaborate with the development team to proactively suggest changes in process and workflow in order to improve the efficiency
• Produce quality system integration and data mapping documents using Lucid Chart or any other tool

About You:

You have a passion for efficiency and resolving problems quickly. You are also inquisitive and find the core reason for any requests or tasks, to ensure that the best outcome is achieved. As a business analyst, you are responsible for the continued improvement of service delivery.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Fantastic communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Confident with client engagement and taking a lead role in discussions/meetings
• A genuine interest in providing high-quality service
• A passion for constantly upskilling along with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• You excel in a collaborative team environment, but you have the maturity and drive to work with a low level of oversight

A minimum of 1-2 year of IT industry experience is required.
