ASSOCIATE BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), SRS, FSD and able to write Use Cases and user stories.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and project management.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams to support requirement understanding.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and tracking issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6–12 months of experience as a Business Analyst, Intern, or in a related role.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with requirement gathering techniques and documentation standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
