Account Manager – Data & Business Solutions (FMCG Merchandising)

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to own client relationship management, data analysis, and requirement gathering for our FMCG merchandising application. You’ll be the primary link between our client and internal teams—driving system enhancements, improving reporting dashboards, and delivering actionable insights from field data, including image recognition outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Gather and document client requirements for new reports, dashboards, and system features.
• Analyze merchandising data (shop visits, coverage, planogram compliance, IR accuracy, field team productivity).
• Work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to improve data visualization and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver enhancements and ensure smooth UAT & deployment.
• Present performance reviews and insights to client stakeholders regularly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in account management, business analysis, or data analytics—preferably in FMCG, retail tech, or SaaS.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with merchandising or image recognition systems is an advantage.
