Power Platform Business Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer with a strong background in Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Dataverse Tables, and Canvas Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building applications, customizing Dynamics 365, and integrating various systems to enhance our internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business processes, needs, and pain points.
• Work with developers and solution architects to design low-code applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities using Power Platform tools.
• Assist in creating data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI for actionable business insights.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing sessions, and documenting results.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and data privacy policies.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions.
• Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes for better visualization.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for building and integrating business solutions.
• Experience in data modeling, visualization, and dashboard creation in Power BI.
• Understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL integrations.
• Familiarity with business process mapping, wireframing, and solution documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API or Copilot AI integration is an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications like PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-300 are a plus.
