Business Analyst

Karachi, Pakistan

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and delivered into effective business solutions.


Location: Karachi


Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and research.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, and Operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and propose solutions to improve processes and systems.

  • Develop business process models, use cases, and user stories.

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users.

  • Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals and regulatory/compliance needs.

  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT, Software, or related domain preferred).

  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) preferred.
