Analyst, Financial

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience (1 to 4 years) (BPO/KPO/SaaS/Technology experience preferable) in Finance Planning and Analysis who are eager to develop their financial planning and analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain basic financial models using Excel or other software.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting capabilities.

• Ad-hoc Analytics support: supporting multiple functional areas of the organization but not limited to Customer Success, Supply chain, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Admin, Technology
  

Requirements:

• Education: Preferred CA/CA Intermediate/CMA/MBA Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel is a must and basic financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Understanding of Accounting concepts

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

• Shift Timing: US shift
