seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Reporting Analyst to support the development of our reporting and HR data analysis expertise. In this role, you will support HR Business Partners in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support our people decisions in our businesses. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in data processing, modelling and analysis, with a passion for statistical reporting, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the ever growing field of HR data analytics and reporting.
Requirements

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to generate routine and ad-hoc reports

Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools

Assist in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR metrics

Identify data trends and discrepancies, providing basic insights and recommendations

Support senior analysts and HR teams with data requests and reporting needs

Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting outputs

Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong systems, data modelling and statistical analysis background

Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Familiarity with HR systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
