Job Description and Duties
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and skilled candidate who can handle the pressure of the fast-paced working environment of the California Conservation Corps (CCC).
Under the direction of the Support, Training, Education & Pathways (STEP) Branch Manager of the Headquarters’ Program Development Branch, the incumbent will: support CCC field offices across the State of California by overseeing statewide partnerships, data tracking and reporting, statewide policy, and more. The incumbent will work closely with the STEP Deputy Director to enhance, sustain, and establish internships for Corpsmembers across the State of California. The incumbent will take on these tasks with the ultimate goal of supporting field offices with the tools, resources, and information needed to help CCC Members located at field offices to develop and achieve their plans for education, training, and/or career placement upon completion of the CCC program.

California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Services provided include one-on-one career consultations, application/resume review, career guidance, mock interviews, and tips for applying.
Days: Open every Tuesday and Thursday (except state holidays)
Hours: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Salary Information
Effective July 1, 2025, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the temporary Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).
