Analyst - project coordination - Commercial Office - SPA 366

Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on a transformative journey within the realm of entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a dedicated Analyst for Project Coordination within our Commercial Office. This role will support various commercial initiatives and ensure seamless project execution through effective coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning coordinations, execution, and monitoring of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistency and clarity in project objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reporting tools to keep track of projects across Commercial Office BU.
  • Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain an organized repository of project information and documentation for easy access and review.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or support, or executive assistant.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to generate clear and actionable reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
