Analyst SQA Engineer

Execute test cases to evaluate software functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify, document, and report defects using appropriate tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure requirements are met.
Develop and maintain test cases.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and testing standards.
Perform basic database testing and validate data integrity.
Assist in automating test scripts (if applicable) under supervision.
Continuously learn and improve testing methodologies.
Perform API testing.
Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

0-1 year of experience in software quality assurance or a related field is required.
Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle.
Basic understanding of manual and automated testing approaches.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain.
