About the position

Location: Bengaluru

Hybrid

Part of Supply Chain Finance organization in the area of Standard Costing, Material Ledger & COGS Analysis that will benefit from both market best practices, as well as your professional experience that you will bring to our Company!

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Month-End Closing & Reporting Expertise
- Own end-to-end Material Ledger closure and COPA/MEC activities
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including COGS and PPV analysis across entities
Strong Analytical & ERP Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (especially product costing) and MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus)
- Ability to interpret complex cost flows and provide actionable insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Procurement, Product Costing, and Operations to explain variances and support cost control initiatives
- Act as SME for ad hoc business requests and coordinate AP/Budget processes
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Drive optimization of month-end processes, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency
- Maintain and update SOPs, develop training plans, and ensure smooth onboarding via Gate approach
Communication & Leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with global teams
- Take initiative, own processes end-to-end, and lead improvements with accountability
