Key Responsibilities:

Receive and execute requests including reporting relationship changes, and position data updates.

Maintain SuccessFactors system configuration in the areas of profit centers, departments, locations, company codes, business units, ops groups, sub ops groups, and job codes.

Generate position data reports and analyzes data to ensure accuracy related to workflows, incentives, and/or pay data.

Consults with field HR, Lines of Business stakeholders, HR Technology and Payroll to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll replication errors in SuccessFactors.

Participate in projects and department initiatives to implement process improvements.

Monitor and manage case resolution within performance and processing standards.

Deliver relevant reports to Workforce Administration Manager.

Participate in system testing and the identification of system and user-interface issues.

Handles complex, confidential inquiries/requests related to employee data management or other HR functional processes.

Assumes ownership of transferred/escalated requests and ensures accuracy/completeness of resolutions.

Ensures resolution addresses the customer’s request and provides an excellent customer experience in an efficient and effective manner.

Work with HR Technology or other HR team members to identify, review, research, and correct problems and implement fixes.

Review, analyze, and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures.

Escalate requests to the appropriate resource and assure that cases are updated and maintained accordingly.

Review, update, and maintain HR services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date processes.

Leverages intermediate to advanced analytical skills to collect, develop, analyze, identify and measure current and new patterns, trends and changing business needs.
Education/ Experience:
At a minimum, you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR

Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

1-3 years related experience
-
Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors
-
Good to have shared services experience.
