Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analytics strategy and reporting frameworks
• Manage BI dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, and IT teams
• Design KPI frameworks and performance tracking systems
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
• Build and mentor a small analytics/data team (as company scales)
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or business intelligence roles
• Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
• Experience with Excel advanced modeling and reporting
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in Python or R for data analysis
• Previous leadership or team management experience
