Based in KSA, you will support Operations and Maintenance Field Services across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities sectors, driving excellence in service delivery and technology enabled projects.

What You'll Lead And Deliver

The primary responsibility of an Analyzer Technician is to manage the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of process analyzers-including Gas Chromatographs, Emerson Micro Motion Coriolis meters, Fork Density meters, and GE Ultrasonic Flow Meters-ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Preventive, Remedial, and Call out maintenance within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Minimum DAE in Electronics, with a 2 year apprenticeship in instrumentation preferred.
  • Proficient in instrumentation knowledge, calibration, troubleshooting, loop checking, PLC/DCS & SCADA systems, gas detection, pneumatics, and safety classifications.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Technical Skills
  • Instrumentation knowledge - pressure, temperature, level, and flow sensors.
  • Instrument experience - gas chromatographs, Emerson/GE density analyzers, and other process analyzers.
  • Calibration & maintenance - performing routine calibrations per industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting & repair - diagnosing and replacing faulty components.
  • Loop checking - ensuring proper field instrument communication.
  • PLC/DCS & SCADA - knowledge of HART, Modbus, Profibus protocols.
  • Gas detection - experience with hazardous environment detectors.
  • Pneumatics & hydraulics - basic fluid dynamic understanding.
  • Safety equipment - explosion proof, intrinsically safe, hazardous area classifications.
  • Technical drawings - reading P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

  • Problem solving - rapid fault identification.
  • Attention to detail - precise calibration and installation.
  • Communication - coordination with engineers, operators, and management.
  • Time management - handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Teamwork - collaborative with maintenance and operations teams.
