Android Developer

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Android Developer 6-Month Onsite Contract (Extendable based on performance) for one of our renowned clients in Islamabad. The selected candidate will work onsite with the client’s development team to design, develop, and maintain Android applications that are high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to app architecture decisions, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin
• Work closely with the client’s product and backend teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and code inefficiencies
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Android app development
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with MVVM, MVP, or similar architecture patterns
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Must be available for onsite work in Islamabad
