ANDT Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

Inspection Management:

• Perform and supervise advanced NDT techniques such as

  PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing)

  ,

  TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction)

  , and automated corrosion mapping & Other techniques.
• Ensure inspections are completed within scheduled durations during shutdowns and turnarounds.

Technical Expertise:

• Interpret inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety during all inspection activities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor NDT technicians, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet inspection objectives.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with international codes and client specifications.Generate and maintain inspection records and reports.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years in NDT, with at least 5 years in corrosion mapping using automated UT systems within major oil & gas projects.
• Proven experience in shutdown/turnaround environments.
• Degree in Engineering / Science or Diploma in engineering, or equivalent. Certified to ASNT NDT Level- III in UT, ET, MFL and PCN/ CSWIP NDT Level III – UT, PAUT & TOFD methods
• Good Communicator is one of the key requirements, with excellent in written and verbal English languange skills.
