NDT & Inspection Operations Manager

IMOS is seeking a qualified and experienced NDT & Inspection Team Leader to oversee daily inspection activities, manage NDT technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality inspection services for offshore and maritime projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform NDT activities in accordance with approved methods and hold valid NDT qualification certificates.

- Lead, coordinate, and supervise NDT and inspection operations as the team leader.

- Carry out inspections and oversee the performance of NDT technicians during all project tasks.

- Review and validate draft and final inspection reports before submission.

- Arrange and coordinate subcontractors for project-based requirements.

- Support team development and ensure continuous improvement in skills and performance.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- Valid NDT qualifications (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT or equivalent).

- Proven experience supervising NDT operations, preferably in the offshore or maritime sector.

- Extensive knowledge of inspection standards and NDT procedures.

- Strong leadership-level communication and critical report review capabilities.

- Experience in the GCC is an added advantage.

- Offshore certifications (BOSIET/HUET) are an advantage.
