Animation Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, and educational or instructional content production.
• Proven expertise in animation tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Blender, or similar industry-standard software.
• Demonstrated experience in creating storyboards, animatics, style frames, and full-motion animated sequences.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with a solid understanding of visual storytelling, character movement, transitions, and pacing.

Responsibilities:

• Create animated instructional content and visual storytelling assets.
• Produce both character and infographic animations.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, academic content experts, and scriptwriters to transform complex concepts into compelling animations.
• Create storyboard sequences, animatics, and style frames that guide the production process.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Blender to create high-quality visuals.
• Prepare animations for integration into interactive learning modules and videos.
• Design and produce animated 2D videos to illustrate educational concepts and support training content.
