Animator

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Develop and create 2D and 3D motion graphics videos from concept to execution.
• Design storyboards, animatics, and style frames as part of the animation pre-production process.
• Animate characters, objects, and environments using After Effects , Moho , and other tools.
• Edit and assemble footage in Premiere Pro , applying transitions, sound, and effects.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, voice-over artists, designers, and editors to produce high-quality motion content.
• Research and integrate AI-powered animation tools and techniques to enhance production speed and creativity.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all animation content.
• Troubleshoot and solve creative and technical challenges within animations.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, plugins, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Animator , with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D motion work.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Moho (Anime Studio), and Adobe Premiere Pro .
• Good understanding of 3D motion design principles (e.g., camera movements, depth, lighting).
• Familiarity with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of AI integration in animation workflows (e.g., AI voice sync, text-to-animation tools, generative assets).
• Ability to take direction and work independently or in a collaborative environment.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
