Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Animator & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating engaging real estate content, including property walkthroughs, animated explainers, promotional videos, and social media content. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animated content and explainer videos tailored to the real estate industry.
• Edit raw footage into polished promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and client showcases.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, and 2D/3D animations to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video campaigns for digital platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional and premium look.
• Stay updated with industry trends and creative techniques in real estate marketing content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Animator with a strong portfolio (preferably in real estate).
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D/Blender.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience in creating social media-friendly content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property marketing.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools for architectural visualization.
• Familiarity with drone footage editing and real estate virtual tours.
