ANM Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled ANM Nurse to join our team. The ANM Nurse will provide primary healthcare, preventive care, and support services to elderly residents, ensuring their health and well-being. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality care to senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Support elderly residents with health assessments, immunizations, and routine check-ups.
• Maintain accurate health records and update patient charts regularly.
• Assist doctors and healthcare staff during medical procedures or visits.
• Educate residents and families on health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all residents.
• Participate in community health programs and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) certification.
• Diploma or equivalent in Nursing (preferred).
• Proven experience in elder care, community health, or clinical nursing (internship or work experience accepted).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and dedication to working with senior citizens.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
