AP Statistics Teacher

Position Overview: Exploring Scholar is seeking a remote AP Statistics teacher to join our high-performing team. We are based in Toronto, but we are happy to consider candidates based in the US who are experienced at teaching AP Statistics. This is a fully-remote, contractor position where teachers can encourage a love for statistics and learning. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who are currently teaching AP Statistics and are looking for part time work.

Qualifications:

• Classroom teaching experience in AP Statistics.
• Proficient in online teaching tools and the required calculators.
• Strong academic proficiency and confidence in teaching statistics.
• Have reliable availability of minimum 2 hr/wk September 2025 - May 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson materials within guidelines.
• Deliver high quality online synchronous lessons to students on Zoom.
• Post and grade homework assignments after each lesson.
• Help promote students' interests in the subject.

• We are also hiring for: In Person math, science, physics, and english (ELA), and remote AP economics, AP statistics, and AP computer science.
• Compensation: Compensation is calculated by teaching hours and prior experience.
