APC Engineer

- Analyze process control performance to identify stability opportunities. # Report process control performance to PMT.
- Support PMT in improving process control performance and inform of changes to existing control schemes if necessary.
- Identify advanced process control (APC) opportunities convince run and maintain teams to pursue them. # Capture value from the process unit operations by encouraging operating closure to constraints. # Maintain stable operations by stabilizing the performance of process control loops.
- Maintain stable operations by stabilizing the performance of Plant Basic Control Layers.
- Follow up for the status of assigned activities, studies and strategies on weekly and monthly basis with all Process Control Engineers difficulties.
- Review the studies Scope and ensure it meets the requirements of plants. Review and consolidate all approved studies concept development package (CDP).
- Obtain APC and other software support issues for APC; Implement action plan and measurements tools to ensure successful implementation of APC; Provide a leading role to apply codes and standard related to APC for Safeguard of the plants).
- Perform APC & RTO Feasibility Study and benefit estimation. # Perform APC & RTO Vendors proposal Evaluation and Selection. # Perform APC Pre-Testing and PID tuning and baseline Definition.
- Perform APC Step testing. # Perform APC #DCS interface.
- Perform Model Development for Controller and Quality estimators. # Perform Operator training, Procedure preparation and Commissioning. # Performance Monitoring and Optimization
