App Growth Manager

We are looking for a talented and data-driven App Growth Manager to join our Estonia-based team. You will be responsible for leading user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies to accelerate our mobile app’s growth both locally and globally. The role combines analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• User Acquisition: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers) with a focus on European markets.
• Retention & Engagement: Build user journeys, push notification strategies, and in-app campaigns to boost engagement.
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize Google Play and App Store listings in multiple languages to improve rankings and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (DAU, MAU, LTV, churn) using tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or Adjust.
• Growth Experimentation: Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on growth tactics.
• Collaboration: Work with product, design, and development teams in Estonia and other regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in app growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of ASO, paid acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer).
• Fluent in English .
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
