Job Purpose:
Drive commercial growth by building strategic partnerships, optimizing customer journeys, and enhancing conversion funnels and in-app purchases. Leverage targeted communication, creative digital innovations, and continuous monitoring of digital asset performance to maximize business impact.
Job Responsibilities:

Digital Commercial Growth
:

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase traffic, engagement, retention, and monetization of digital assets.

Work with the Segments team to co-create joint campaigns, bundles, or digital offers
-
Work with Segments and CVM to optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and in-app purchases.

Monitor performance KPIs, OKRs, and prepare actionable insights for management.

Benchmark competitors’ digital platforms and recommend innovation opportunities.

Build financial forecasts, valuations, and group/board submissions for digital platforms.

Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition across relevant teams in collaboration with Finance.

Lead preparation of business cases and financial models for features, campaigns, and partnerships.

Manage financial & commercial reporting requirements across Zong's digital business.
2.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
-
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.

Develop business cases for new partners, outlining potential revenue, customer experience impact, and ROI.

Support partnerships with fintechs, e-commerce, lifestyle, and content partners for revenue generation.
-
Support contractual discussions in collaboration with legal, finance, and compliance teams.

Ensure timely onboarding of partners, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and SLAs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth.
-
Monitor performance of partnerships against revenue, adoption, and engagement KPIs.

Optimize existing partnerships by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and co-branding opportunities.

Benchmark market trends, competitor alliances, and partnership models to recommend new opportunities.

Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and business reviews to senior management.

Digital Assets Monetization

Manage end-to-end Digital Assets AdTech program execution, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, targeting, and measurement.

Collaborate with advertising partners, DSPs, SSPs, and publishers to optimize ad inventory utilization.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, policy regulations, and brand safety.
-
Enhance ad yield management through programmatic strategies and performance optimization.
-
Drive implementation of advanced AdTech tools such as Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads, DV360, Firebase, GA4 or similar. or attribution platforms to strengthen targeting and measurement.

Build relationships with third-party partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize platform monetization.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

Must have bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, Finance or Marketing.
Work Experience:
-
Should have preferably 5-7 years of experience in Digital marketing, Digital Products/Growth or relevant field.
