Job Summary

As a Senior Developer you will leverage your expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development to drive innovative solutions. With a focus on Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry you will contribute to impactful projects that enhance business processes and deliver value. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust solutions using MariaDB to optimize database performance and reliability.
• Utilize BPMN Modeling to design and streamline business processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks enhancing productivity and reducing manual errors.
• Leverage Appian AI to create intelligent applications that provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
• Lead Appian Solution Development projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Demonstrated expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development.
• Experience in Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
