Appliance Service Technician Job Summary
Our company is seeking a reliable Appliance Service Technician to respond to customer calls for household appliance repair and installation needs. You must have knowledge of refrigeration and dishwashing components, stove installation, and cable installation procedures and regulations. Our ideal candidate has vast appliance repair experience, follows all industry safety requirements, and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technology in this field. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Appliance Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, stoves etc.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
• Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have
• Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts

Appliance Service Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Sufficient experience in and knowledge of appliance repair and installation
• Postsecondary training from a trade or vocational school (preferred)
• Customer service and communication skills
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• National certification from the ISCET (a plus)

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
