Role Summary
We are hiring an Application Analyst to support the client's Information Systems Department. The role bridges business and technology — gathering requirements, authoring functional specifications, supporting application configuration, and driving user acceptance for application changes and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct business requirement workshops with departmental stakeholders.

Author functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.

Support application configuration and parameterisation.

Coordinate UAT cycles — test plan authoring, defect tracking, sign-off facilitation.

Develop and deliver end-user training material and sessions.

Maintain application configuration documentation and CMDB hygiene.

Liaise between business users, development teams, and vendors on functional issues.

Support production application releases and regression testing.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.

4+ years' experience in business analysis or application analysis roles.

Hands-on with BA tools — MS Visio, BPMN modelling, Jira, Confluence.

Working knowledge of at least one enterprise application — ERP, EDMS, or CRM.

Strong written communication, including ability to author bilingual (Arabic/English) documentation.

ITIL v4 Foundation.

Native or fluent Arabic AND professional English
Preferred / Nice To Have

IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP certification.

Experience with low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems).

SQL fluency for data analysis.

Prior experience in Qatar government or public sector.
