Role: Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Development Officer to provide techno-functional support, development, and customization for Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Payroll, Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and custom applications. The candidate will work closely with payroll teams and business users to ensure smooth payroll operations, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and compliance with governance standards. The role also involves supporting integrations with other Oracle modules and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain standard Oracle E-Business HRMS modules and custom applications
- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Payroll, Core HR, OTL, and custom modules
- Support payroll teams during monthly payroll runs and resolve urgent payroll issues
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle E-Business functionality using Oracle development tools
- Handle customization and extension of workflows, interfaces, self-service pages, and personalization
- Develop and support OAF, Oracle Workflow, Fast Formula, XML Publisher, and Oracle PL/SQL solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and best practices
- Support integration with Finance, SCM, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot system bugs and provide quick issue resolution
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical documentation, setup files, and test scripts
- Provide training and knowledge transfer for customized solutions
- Guide junior team members and support team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.X HRMS modules
- Strong experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Primary expertise in OAF Development, Oracle Workflow, Fast Formula, XML Publisher, and Oracle PL/SQL
- Good knowledge of RICEW components, interfaces, and custom applications
- Experience in workflow customization and self-service page personalization
- Oracle Apex Reports and Forms development experience is an added advantage
- Finance and SCM module experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Understanding of Qatar/GCC work environment and culture preferred
Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
