Application Engineer

Job Summary:

The Application Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers, who provide installation, configuration, and programming of ESTUN robots. This includes collaborating with the sales team to define/select the correct product, preparing simulations, and ensuring the successful deployment of systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for the installation, configuration, and programming of ESTUN robots
• Collaborate with the sales team to specify suitable robot type and robot functions for customers, preparing simulations and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of robotic systems.
• Conduct customer training to enhance their understanding and usage of robotic systems.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to the development team to enhance product quality and functionality.
• Continuously learn and stay informed about our company's evolving products to maintain up-to-date expertise and effectively support customers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and hold the professional qualifications legally mandated for the proper performance of the position.
• Provide site service support if required.
• Travelling around Turkey, MENA and Europe to meet customer needs, where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in robotic and automation applications.
• Skills:
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots
• Proficiency in tools for simulating robotic processes, PLC programming, and communication standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Technical skills for servicing

Other Requirements:

• Valid Category B driving license; active driver.
• Communicative level of English, capable of addressing technical requirements.
• Self-reliance and ability to work effectively in a team.
