About the Role
The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee(s) in this job. Responsibilities

Provide technical service and support to assigned customer accounts, including site visits, sampling, testing, system evaluations, and implementation of water treatment programs.

Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and product/solution assessments to ensure performance, reliability, and serviceability.

Advise clients on system improvements, upgrades, and treatment program adjustments to maintain optimal plant performance and meet customer needs.

Prepare accurate field analysis reports, maintain test records, and document the value delivered to customers through service activities.

Recommend corrective actions such as chemical dosage changes, flow rate adjustments, equipment improvements, and process modifications.

Supervise chemical cleaning and disinfection operations and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory and field analysis equipment.

Manage on-site chemical inventory, coordinate purchase orders with clients, and ensure timely chemical deliveries.

Collaborate closely with sales engineers and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support business development.

Utilize the CRM system in line with company policy and contribute to improving service processes, procedures, and overall operational excellence.

Promote and comply with all QHSSE requirements, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and Metito policies while ensuring safety for yourself and others.

Stay updated on industry advancements and share knowledge with team members and customers when require
Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Chemistry.

1â3 years of engineering experience, ideally within water treatment or industrial chemicals.

Working knowledge of water treatment disciplines, including boiler and cooling water, chilled systems, wastewater, and related specialty chemical applications (preferred but not essential).

Ability to support site surveys, treatment program execution, and technical service activities.

Awareness of local market conditions and customer operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
