Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also facilitate communication among team members and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement best practices in application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience in writing and maintaining test scripts for web applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
