Application Support Coordinator - Saudi National

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Application Support Coordinator to support and enhance our delivery app operations across all our boutiques. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving, and ensuring smooth digital operations in a fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

You will manage delivery application dashboards, ensure menu accuracy, coordinate with boutique teams, and maintain strong communication with delivery app partners. Your work directly impacts customer experience, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update delivery app dashboards for all outlets
  • Ensure menus, photos, descriptions, and trading hours are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with Boutique Managers on promotions, campaigns, and menu changes
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (declined, cancelled, timed‑out orders, etc.)
  • Follow up with delivery app account managers on issues, updates, and new features
  • Support outlets with system setup, troubleshooting, and operational readiness
  • Arrange monthly meetings with delivery app operations teams and track action items
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and online trends
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within required timelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in coordination, operations, or online platform management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
