Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management. - Strong understanding of server virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions. - Experience in scripting for automation of routine tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
