Summary: Client is undergoing a global refresh of its load balancer plant to the latest F5 platform (rSeries with Big IP encryption). We will be creating a factory team to execute the migration of LB services (VIPs) from the legacy devices to the new devices. The factory team will be responsible for analysis, planning, scheduling, logistics (hw order), migration preparation and migration execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Understanding of F5 and A10 devices - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations, Unix Shell Scripting. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
