Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system functionalities and user experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software systems that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and SAP Quality Management (QM) - Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies. - Experience with SAP modules related to production and inventory management. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
